Character tags help identify which characters are depicted on a pin.

More than one character can be present on a pin.

One "person" can be more than one character. For instance, there are many pins that depict a single person in the pin, but that person is a combination of jessica_rabbit and another character. For instance, post #1264 should use the jessica_rabbit tag along with the harley_quinn_(suicide_squad) tag, despite only a single "person" being present. It should still only use the 1girl tag, however, and not 2girls, since only one person is present.

Zero characters can be present on a pin. If this is the case, use the no_character tag.
